Shipping Policy
Most orders are shipped via USPS within 2-3 business days of your order. Please allow 3-10 business days for delivery. We make every attempt to deliver your product as fast as possible but we cannot guarantee delivery time. To ensure that you receive your order when you need it, please plan accordingly. During the holidays, please place your order at least one week prior to ensure timely
delivery.
Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are determined based on where the package is being sent and how heavy it is. Most items in the steady and flight shop ship via USPS Priority Mail which costs between $7-$15 (depending on location and weight). A few items may ship via USPS First Class mail and that cost is between $3-$5 (depending on location and weight).
Local Pickup
There is now a local pickup option at check out. If you choose this option then we will reach out via email to let you know when your order is ready for pickup and arrange a pickup time.
Email Confirmation
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email informing you of your package being shipped. Tracking is included in that email. You may also sign up for text notifications for your shipment. If you have any issues with your tracking number please email hello@steadyandflight.com
