I know I’m not the only one who has found myself winding back and forth throughout the grocery store because of a jumbled up list of items that took me from the produce section to frozen to back to produce — you get the picture. This notepad helps me organize my items so that I have a game plan going into the store, cutting my time in half! Also just the act of writing it out is a way to be mindful in the process so I take the time to stop and check if we really need something before adding it. Finally, the prettiness of it makes meal planning less of a chore :)
